I use this book for a course I teach, but in the past I only read the chapters we use for the class. I decided to read the entire thing. Some aspects are a little outdated (hard to avoid that with technology topics), but the parts we use for class I think still work. Definitely some good nuggets in here for you if you manage employees remotely.
