Quite a systematic review of the basic knowledges in the PACS field. I really appreciate that the authors do a very careful and detailed citations that I can find more relevant sources.

However, the quality between the chapters and topics is not even. The chapters on Negotiation is definitely written more extensively than those on Mediation and Facilitation.

The citations is detailed but not broad enough. On negotiation, they relied heavily on Fisher and Ury, 1981.
