This is one of those "Someone's struggling, guru shows up, shows them how to not struggle" books. It's kind of "part 2" to the E-myth. I enjoyed the story, and I especially enjoyed some of the pictures created that give some different ideas for looking at your business. I recommend this to every entrepreneur. You'll refer back to it several times over the course of your business, and the lessons learned are not the same lessons I've seen rehashed a million times. A quick and worthy read.

A corner stone of success in business is creating a wonderful customer experience. With this as the center piece of purpose and intention, along with a sound plan to position one's self and services/products/abilities - prosperity follows.
