This a great read for musicians, as it offers a lot of useful strategies for thinking about what you want from your music and how to get it. While geared specifically to musicians, it's also accessible to anyone (artist or not) who's interested in creating a plan for the future in a more organized and thougtful way.

Though I've dealt with most of the advice in here before, via other sources, there were a few new and good things, including specifics on writing a business plan.
