This is not a book to read from cover to cover. It's a libretto of one of my favourite operas. Sit back and listen to your favourite recording and follow the words as they are sung. The Italian appears on the left of each page with English translation to the right of page. This makes listening so much more enjoyable of this tragic opera in three acts.

Delightful summary with libretto. A must read for Puccini fans.

Very well researched and concise read. I was acting as a supernumerary and this helped me understand the context. Well recommended!
