Some of the info. was old news, I didn't agree w/ a few statements, and I learned several new tidbits. There are probably close to 100 recipes, many of which are healthy versions of old favorites. I've already tried out a fruit crisp thing and have bookmarked about 20 more to write down for later use. This is probably the fastest I've finished a non-fiction book in years. It was more interesting, and less dry, than I anticipated.
