This book was not what I expected. I had hoped it would tell me more about making your own beauty products but instead it turn out to be more a big advertising book for the natural beauty products on the market.

More of a reference book than anything else, but when I was pregnant had really sensitive skin that has lasted post baby. A friend recommended as it took the searching for suitable products has already been done, it is good for pointing in the right direction.
I discovered:
Body Shop's Aloe range for sensitive skin (had stopped shopping in BS years ago as they went crap)the body butter and skin toner is the best at calming skin down.
Mineral makeup (used it for wedding in '09)
liz earle cleanse n polish
john masters hair reconstructor (need a loan just to buy the stuff)
a basic facial oil can be used for a moisturiser
take a shit load of omega oils of all sorts of numbers to help skin from inside.

All good. Happy in skin now, although hubby tends to use my stuff! (apart from mineral makeup)
