There’s some good tips on training cats. Not just training, but how to prevent them doing things. Since the author is a vet, she has some good anecdotes to go with it.

This is, however, an older book (1983?), so I personally felt some of it was out-dated. In particular the bits about diet. But I did like it, and I will keep it around as a good reference on general cat care.

Who knew that cats could be trained? Great insight into the cat's mind with a good dose of humor. The best is the story towards the end about training a cat to catch a frisbee - the cat refuses to perform for the reporter - "you know how cat's are!"
