This is a great little book about discovering yourself, your passion and your focus in life. The hints and tips are both motivational and achievable, and the book includes a few questionnaires about where you are, how you manage your time, and how you approach your health. It covers a wide range of topics that affect well-being, including diet and exercise in addition to self-esteem and work/life balance. There are also tips on time management, avoiding debt, and last but not least, how to achieve a successful relationship. This book is a handy guide for anyone who wants to overhaul and kickstart their life, perhaps those who haven't read too deeply into life coaching just yet.

Basic

a very basic guide with suggestions to kickstart your self help journey. Does not dig deep- not for self help veterans.

I'm a mental health provider, and I often look for books and handouts to have my clients use as "homework." I was able to find a few nuggets in this book, but much of it was more basic knowledge than actual therapy. The pieces that were helpful allowed me to reinforce information discussed in sessions, and clients voiced appreciation for the documents.

Tips on how to find a focus for your life. Lots of common sense things, but also some new ideas as well.

Many self-evaluation tools, tips, and advice. Some of the suggestions are not always realistic (I.e. if anything/anyone drags you down, get rid of it).

This to me was an easy read and more meant for a younger adult. Good quizzes and questions to ask yourself about life. Good book to help you deal with your past decisions and move forward in a positive spin.

A good book to start out with if your looking for ideas of how to make changes in your life to become a more positive person. Fairly basic and nothing that was mind shattering but quite good to focus the mind and think about what you want/need for yourself.
