Great book form Matthew James. I took a NLP seminar form him and he wasn't afraid to use spiritual Modalities with his teachings. The great thing about Huna is that it is a universal system that can be used by anyone. It is irreligious by default. Huna and ho'oponopono are extremely great tools to acquire if you can get them. Matthew's late stage seminars into Huna are an expensive introductory, which is why I haven't learned with him personally on these subjects. However, it could be very well worth your investment if you choose to take that plunge and have the spare money.
This book goes over the various elements (earth, wind, water, fire, space[akasha]), has some slight allusions to hermetics "as above, so below." One can tell and perceive that Matthew James has had some energetic transmissions from his teachers. I'm sure there are other resources to learn Huna from masters, but Matthew is a fantastic, highly ethical teacher and salesman to work with.
Overall, this book is a great primer into Huna and I definitely recommend this book to both novices and practiced people who want more clarity alike in this universal system.
