The Answer is in Your Blood Type

Rate this book
The book content explains the direct link between ABO blood types of people and diet, disease, longevity, and compatibility. It explains what one`s blood reveals about the person, why some people within a family stay healthy and others do not, how to add 20 healthier years to one`s life, why certain common foods are considered poisonous, and how to lose body fat without starving. It also contains menus that are blood type specific per individual, refuting the one-for-all-diet philosophy.

This book insists that if you have type A blood, you will NOT live past your 70's unless you follow the diet it recommends. All the "subjects" that were type A died from 30-something to 70's, with one making it to his early 80's because he was vegetarian and active. Former presidents George Bush, Sr. and Jimmy Carter are type A and almost 90 years old as of this writing! And my dad was type O and died at 66 from mouth cancer due to heavy smoking and drinking, but this book swears that type O's can make it to their 80's with little effort. So there!

According to this book, no one should eat pork. Hmm....

I agree that bloodtype is an important factor when it comes to diet and lifestyle, but this book sounds like far-fetched astrology at times.
