There is so much information and creativity online YET I still found recipes that were new and exciting in this book. In addition, the book demystified the method of certain types of cookies, even cookies that I consider difficult. I think this book has a valuable spot in my personal baking library.
It’s always a pleasure to read one of Nick Ms books. He is a great teacher and has a lot of wisdom to impart. This book is excellent, with a world full of recipes.
If you like reading cook books and really like cookies...well, here's on to read through. All sorts of cookie recipes from all over the world. Great stories accompany them making it really fun to read.
This is my go-to cookie book. After all the cookies I've baked from this book, I've only run into one or two duds (unfortunately, it has an underwhelming chocolate chip cookie recipe)
