I enjoyed this installment of the Blood Bond series, but would not reread. While I found the first book in the series riveting and it remains a favorite, this work did not offer any real emotional tie that made me remember the story. I like the interplay between the protagonist characters, but enjoy more of Johnstone's other works much more.
