The noted sports essayist and author of The Making of the Masters offers an intriguing portrait of Tiger Woods and his remarkable accomplishments in the sport of golf and provides insights into the social, economic, and political implications of his success. 50,000 first printing.
I think this is a really good book because it tells about who this person is. His name is Tiger Woods and he is a professinal golfer. In this book he is trying to overcome racial profiles as well as becomeing golfs number one. He started to golf since he was about 3 years old. Another cool fact is that you will learn is that he got his name from this South Korean soldier who his dad fought with in vietnum. I wont tell you his name because that will the book but I will tell you that if you are in to golf you should read this book. It shows how racial people were back than but also how the game of golf has changed.
This Book is an amazing book about Tiger Wood's life and how he becomes famous. He teaches us to never give up and to work hard. This book was not only good, it was inspiring to me because im a golfer and hope to get better in the future years. If your looking for a book that teaches motivation and determination this book is highly reccommended. This book to me was one of my favorites of them all. I gave this book 5 stars because of all the good info and how tiger became who he is today. I highly recommend.
