Very good book. Gil is amazing and shares lots of illustrative cases/dialogue. At the end of the book is a section that was very powerful, regarding lessons learned from mistakes she has made.

The book provides a very good foundation for treatment of sexual abuse/physical abuse. She gives some very good directions and is in touch with treatment that included children.
