Arguing that human beings have a feasible life potential greater than 110 years, a wealth of life-extending practices makes recommendations for preventing illness, leading a toxic-free lifestyle, and exercising for maximum health benefits. Original. 40,000 first printing.
Fun little read! I already live by a lot of the suggestions in the book, but I still learned a few things. The book was published in 2005, so perhaps a little outdated in some of the thoughts, eg. soy and fats, but that's okay. I've never followed just one authors opinions anyway -- no matter how well they researched.
I really enjoyed reading this book. It is a fun book and I like the ideas on the side of the pages. After each chapter are questions and answers. Very informative and helpful book.
