I got this book in December right after being diagnosed. It was somewhat informative, but a broader overview than I would have liked. When I read it, I wantd more depth, more meat, more something. In reflection, this was a good place to start. It gave me definitions that I could understand and use with my doctors. It gave me a place to start when I felt confused and lost.
