Mediocre, not very helpful. Key things I took from it: take medicine as soon as headache starts; immediately try to relax. Ok. I do try to do the latter and it sometimes helps but you can't take meds right away if you get them all the time. You have to limit how much migraine medicine and pain relievers you take or you'll end up with rebound headache which I suffered through for several years.
I suffer horribly from migraines - actually, cluster headaches according to my doctor (affects a smaller percentage of the population, and guess what - twice as painful!) This book didn't cure me, but it did offer some sage advice that I follow to the letter.
