Another design great, another great back-story. Deeply impressed with Aicher's anti-fascist credentials and tragic story of Scholl family.
As a book, it's very good effort - enough back story and enough visuals. The former are as important as the latter. Although Aicher has done some spectacular work, I get that he was not the born designer. It seems to be more about systems and solid concepts. It takes all kinds... ...more
