I have no academic or professional credentials to lend to this review, but I felt from an educated perspective this book was pretty legit. Clinical psychology is of course a delicate topic so everything I read in this field I try to process with a good amount of skepticism, not taking anything as gospel. I do feel like I have a much better understanding of depression now and appreciate the biological considerations the author mentioned with respect to these conditions.
