It was interesting and well written. I can't say it was up to date since views are a bit different now in the workplace. However, I'd prefer to err on the side of conservative.

This book gives extremely detailed information on how your look should be tailored to fit your business persona, if you expect to be successful. of course, it's relevant to certain situations careers but very useful nonetheless. Lots of etiquette information included and an excellent chapter on the art of conversation. A must read for anyone interested in successful online dating.

Even for the most seasoned professional, I feel that something can be gleaned from this book and therefore highly recommend it to everyone.

Somewhat helpful. A lot about techniques, body language and the way people read us. Most of it I already knew.
