I own this book.. there's a little bit to read every day. talks about your lifestyle, exercising and your food choices.. mixed in with some positive affirmations and just some good thoughts.. this book is worth getting, if you're over 40 and wanna stay in shape/get in better shape!
TBH, I abandoned this one. Most of the information was information I already knew. I liked the premise of doing a little every day and building on it. It worked for my Mom 15 years ago so I thought, hey, let's give it a shot. Unfortunately, since I wasn't getting much from the daily reading, I lost steam with it. I intended to go back and finish it, but life's too short to suffer through reading a book just because I hate to abandon one. LOL!
