An excellent introduction to the joys of having a healthy eating style. The plan makes a very good starting point to create a personal plan that suits your own tastes and lifestyle. While I've not made all the recipes, all the ones I've tried taste good; a few I've made tastier with additional seasonings.

This is a FANTASTIC cookbook and reference tool. There are recipes in it that I would have never tried. The Spaghetti sauce is fantastic and the Black Bean Quesadillas are now a family favourite. Highly recommend this cookbook for anyone who is interested in eating better.
