I read this because I was interested in the blood type connection, but that took a very small part of the book. Most of it was personal training instructions and recommendations on how to stick with a weight loss program. I skipped probably 70% of the book just looking for the part I was interested in.

Interesting. Has anyone read this? What do you think of the blood type diet idea? For my blood type, I am eating all the wrong things!

This is pretty good advice in his book. It's a lot like Eat Right for your Type. Most of it makes sense.
