A BIT ABOUT THE STORY:
Originally published as Maggot Pie

When Jiggy was 5 he was supposed to pee in the Piddle Pool the night before his first day of school for good luck, but he couldn’t. He thinks this is reason for his bad luck. Over the years Jiggy has peed in the Piddle Pool in the hope that it will change his luck. I love the Jiggy Mccue books and still read them despite being at the grand old age of 24. I enjoyed this book but didn't find it to be as 'snort out loud' hilarious as many of the other Mccue adventures. My favourite remains The Poltergoose, which never fails to crack me up.
