This is a good solid book on evangelizing. I started to think it would be mostly "theory," but there was enoughn practical advice in the second half of the book.

Talbot Course: Evangelism and Follow up

This is a very basic older book that I happened to have in my library on evangelism. I do not recommend among other things because it comes from an easy believism perspective.
