Clear instructions, non-threatening text and good photos to illustrate design points make Sandbach's Show Me How to Machine Quilt a winner.

I want to start quilting and decided to try this book. It is more of a "hints on how to do things" type book than anything. I don't feel like it gave me much more knowledge than I had before. I wouldn't recommend buying it but checking it out for free at the library was fine.

Borrowed from Quilt Guild library. There are better machine quilting books available. I didn't care for the quilt patterns - nothing I would make. Not looking for more quilts to make anyway!

Being a beginning quilter, this book is really helpful to me. I'm still figuring it out, but this is exactly the way I like to work- not marked, just go with it.
