If you are a leader and are tasked with the overwhelming ordeal of bringing about organizational change, then you should give this book a read. While not earth shattering, it helps to reinforce some basic concepts, some common sense and some not so obvious. It gives rules to follow and points out the importance of taking care of one's self when taking on the Herculean task of bringing about organizational change.
