This little green book is a terrific instructional guide for learning how to master the mental aspect of golf and then use it to improve your life. It applies a lot of Buddhist principles to golf (ex. Be present = take it one shot at a time), but Gee does an excellent job of balancing abstract thought with concrete exercises and practical tips (accompanied by step-by-step illustrations), and reinforces his points with anecdotes about his students, himself, and even PGA stars. This book takes such a different approach to the game of golf.

It goes over the finer points of the mental part of the game and helps you stay focused. I would highly recommend it.

It's all about how to achieve zen on the golf course. But I just got angry on the golf course, because I couldn't achieve zen. That's all you need to know about the psychology of golf, I think.
