I thought this was good. This will obviously be a book that you dive into from time to time, especially when trying to think through the intricacies of a particular technique. This book is best for the Koryo no kata and I am reading it in conjunction with Loi-Sensei's book. Interestingly both are better when read together, rather than separately. I have the two Tomiki Aikido books by Neil Saunders and both complement each other well.
