If you like the kind of will-they-or-won't-they tension from Moonlighting (if you're old enough to remember that show), then this series should be right up your alley. The whole Kayleigh/Gilly arc is a little addictive....

I found two or three issues of this series at a local store and loved everything about it. I ordered book one and loved it even more. It is a hilarious recap of what life was like for gamers and goths against society that isn't copacetic with such interests.

This edition is shorter/skinnier than the rest, but it also has a cookbook in it along with Igor bars. This edition holds a special place in my heart because John signed my copy and drew a unique drawing of Carson in it.

I enjoyed this one the most. It seems to move a bit away from the allotted-joke per page singles and toward more arching character interactions.

The recipes listed at the back looked neat, but I'm pretty spoiled by my own baking hobby and I found nothing printed here that tempted me to try it.

Now, still really like this series, and I love Kovalic (although I'm still not sure if he's American or English).

I just wish we could move past this idea that nerds\geeks can't get girlfriends that aren't geeks. *sigh*
