I don't usually give 5 stars, but this book is top notch. Totally delivers on what it says it will.
Such simple easy things to do to make yourself feel great. It starts out with your lifestyle and how to make time for yourself and relaxing. Each chapter has great advice and small tidbits that are fantastic. Drinking water every day is critical to your health and beauty. Drinking 3 green teas a day does wonders for your every function you have. This book really jumpstarted my "diet". I don't really think of it as a diet. More... change in habits. There's a CD that's nice to listen to on the way to work.
Bottom line to this book, if you feel good and take care of your body the way it needs to be taken care of, you'll feel great and you could be wearing a trash bag and still look great. It's all in your attitude and how you carry yourself.
Nice "mini" makeover to do every year or every 6 months.
