For anyone interested in the process of putting on a theatrical production, this is an excellent choice. Cohen breaks down the roles of all of the people involved, the differences between types of theaters and productions, and gives good advice for anyone who wants to involve themselves with the theatre.

Fantastic book that takes you through the entire process of producing a new play, including moving it to a larger venue. It's comprehensive and easy to read.
