Good book. I'm a recovering agoraphobic, so it was nice to get some supportive words in this book, and see I'm not the only one thinking the way I think.
I enjoyed the in depth discussion of the different factors that may drive phobias, and the different ideas of how they might be treated. Not so much practical information about how to deal with a minor phobia on your own, but I found the insights helpful and enlightening.
