Anna Lemkow worked in the United Nations and has been studying holistic philosophy for over twenty years. The wholeness principle seeks to define the indefinable and is a book about just that – it states that science does not have the firm and true answers about how the universe works nor does it understand the purpose of life; further, when the vast and intricate complexities of life attempt to be packaged and reduced, the very essence of what is trying to be understood is lost. Lemkow states that perception and inspiration come before reason and logic; therefore, it should be understood that reason and logic cannot and should not be considered of greater power and value than the former.
