Nuts and Bolts

A nuts and bolts look at succession. I am reading it on behalf of a smaller organization that is in transition. This was helpful but was written primarily for medium to large businesses.

For anyone who works in a family business, being part of the family or not, this is a good book to read. Short and to the point it gives good insight into things that might seem obvious but for the same reason tend to be overlooked.
