This book was a fascinating read about making homemade books to help children organise and understand their ideas and feelings about life events. I highly recommend Dr Ziegler’s approach and have experienced the benefits that writing stories have on children’s feelings when it comes to unexpected events.

I really recommend this book.

I work with kids with autism, and other developmental problems. This book taught me a lot about how to approach making meaningful books for kids that help them through hard times.

It's a great textbook on how to write books with/for your kid to help them with anything going on in their life.

"Helpful stories written by parents, can give children an opportunity to eliminate one fearsome giant (misunderstanding) from the world, and they'll feel safer, as their faith in their parents and themselves is increased"
