Today I took Jackson for his (belated) 18-month checkup and I discussed our new vegan diet with his doctor. Thankfully he seemed to notice that I'd done my homework and had appropriate questions. He said that since I've been reading so much on the subject that he'd loan me this book. It has a TON of nutrition information for children of all ages, from birth on. I'm only reading that parts that apply to my kids, but I find it fascinating so far. And I can't believe I'm reading a medical professionals book. Go me.
