Nutrition should be the first line of defense for a migraine sufferer. This book describes nutritional approaches to both prevention and treatment, based on orthomolecular medicine.
The most helpful book about migraines I've ever read, (and I've read quite a number).
The author, Steve Hickey, is a medical biophysicist, and more importantly, perhaps, he suffers from migraines himself. In this short book he reviews migraine treatments, including medications, nutritional approaches, the use of vitamins and supplements, and other approaches. Carefully researched, concise but comprehensive and full of potentially life-changing information for people with migraines.
