So she enlists the help of an old lover and his friend to stage a kidnapping that will net them a tidy sum of money, as well as make her husband suffer. The plan is good! However, spending three days alone with two handsome, dangerous, multi-talented men, a video camera and an assortment of Chinese takeout food has some consequences that Kaley didn't foresee.

License to Thrill By Sahara Kelly
When a flu epidemic at her top-secret Agency office thrusts administrator Jane Bradford into the front-line world of the agents themselves, the last thing she expects is to get a major thrill from the sexy voice at the other end of her communications headset.

Even less does she expect the owner of that voice to be the man of her dreams. Of course, he's not perfect. He's older than Jane, for a start. By about a thousand years or so…

When not behind a keyboard, typing out the stories of the characters who dance in her head, Mel can be found behind her camera, snapping landscape or abstract photography, or in the garage up to her ears in car parts and grease. She lives in the midwest with a teenager who makes her crazy and a husband who makes her even more crazy — in a good way!

Her favorite crayon is midnight blue. She hates the sound of Styrofoam crunching, but loves her daughter's laughter. She'd rather watch a fantasy movie, like Merlin or Lord of the Rings or even Pirates of the Caribbean, than horror, and she wants to watch it from her favorite corner of the couch. She can talk cars — especially classics — with the guys and has a ridiculously amazing memory for useless music trivia. Her characters are a mix of who she is, who she knows and who she admires. Her motto: Live life, don't just exist.

Blazer and Kelly's stories were a dud. Delilah was the best. Douglas' story was a little strange. The rest were good.

I loved the final story, License To Thrill. I can relate to the heroine, as she learns that the hero isn't the asshole (her words, not mine) that she thinks all secret agents are. And she is not the size 2, confident women of some novels, but a larger, normal women who blushed when she has to strip for a stranger.

The same goes with Tight Places, as the heroine finally gets to meet the hero she has been lusting after, but only after the rain storm has left her soaking wet, then she gets stuck in the elevator with him.

All the stories were hot, and the sex was frequent and hapens very quickly after the couples met, but that is to be expected with short stories. Each story tended to have one person, either the hero or heroine, not being devloped as throughly as the other, or the backstory of the characters or world not very developed, again a function of the stories being short. I can see where a few would be better with a longer story line, or another story set in the same world, with different characters, but more developement of the history and culture of the culture/race. Still a good read.

I read Arianna Hart's Tight Places.

It was a good short story. A were and wet woman get stuck in and elevator, get up to no good. I like were stuff but this one fell short of satisfying.
