Short and sweet. Shows 10 practical drills. Great to accompany with videos of swimmers the author mentions, e.g. Ian Thorpe and Grant Hackett. Good reminder that swim skill can always be improved, no matter the age of the swimmer. 🏊‍♀️🙌

Read this book for my summer open water events. It's a good introduction about all things involved in the open water leg of a triathlon races, including notes about freestyle swimming techniques, drills, fine points of open water swimming, and a useful set of example training routines.
