This book was about how a couple different people that tried to climb he mountain. when climbing this mountain it is super dangerous. you could have the ice slide out from under you or ice could fall from the mountain and you could get stuck in it or you could fall down one of the holes and not come out. it´s hard to breath on the top of the mountain because there not much oxygen. And they had to make ladders to get across some holes.
This book was a good book and really show how dangerous it is to climb this mountain. the height of the mountain is 28269 feet high. Mallory and his team tried to make it up a couple times. to make it up you want to have perfect weather or else you probably have to travel back down.
It was really interesting about how high the people in the book climbed (Mt. Everest, Mt. Arrabast, K2) It was crazy how the guy slept on the cliff. A guy made it all the way to the top of Mt. Everest.
