As it is said in the title, this is a strategic approach of college physics. I would recommend it to all engineering students, because the text on this books is so much more understandable than Fundamentals of Physics. It shouldn't be your only physics textbook, but it is a very good one as a reference book.

It's a physics text book. It was readable. Not sure what else there is to say. I wouldn't have wanted to rely on only this text to learn physics without a prof.
