قرأت هذا الكتاب رغبة في معرفة كيف بدا الانبياء في الكتابات العربية المبكرة، وابن اسحق هو من اقدم من كتب في الموضوع، و ان لم تصلنا كتبه مباشرة. هو مرجع مهم، بعيدا عن صحة مادته
