Read this three times in one day. I'm counting it, sorry! It was okay. Would recommend for fans of tractors.
While I understand why JT was the main character (his classic John Deere charm) I wish we had more of a focus on Allie Gator and her friend Corey Combine, I think there is something going on between those two tbh.
I wish they did not show the birds carrying the seeds (spoilers!) in the early pages because it made JT's "surprise" quite obvious.

Features anthropomorphic John Deere vehicles who try to figure out where their bag of sunflower seeds go. While on the hunt, they end up unknowingly doing tasks that they needed to do in order to get things done.

J.T or Johnny the Tracker went with his friend Allie to start the work day on the farm. They both had lots of things to get down. J.T. was plowing the cornfield, when Allie asked him for help. She couldn't find her bag of seeds she needed to plant. J.T. and Allie looked everywhere for the bag of seeds around the farm. Then Corey the Combine told them all their work was done. They had done all of it while looking for the seeds. The birds had planted the seeds for them. The book is alright and is more geared for a preschool audience. I personally thought it was rather boring and I would not use it in my classroom.

Johnny Tractor and his friend Allie Gator are two machines on the farm. They are going about doing their farm chores when Allie looses the seeds. They give up doing their chores while they search for the seeds. But in the end they realize they did all their chores and had fun doing it while they were looking for their seeds.
