This book gives a concise account of the history, extraction and manufacture process, health benefits, and the various companies of chocolate. Reading this book over New Year's Eve and New Year's Day led me to making the resolution of consuming more chocolate. Finally I have a resolution that I shall not be guilty of breaking. High quality organic intense dark chocolate sounds like the stuff to swear by.

A lot of very interesting information in this book! Now I don't feel so bad about all the chocolate I received for Christmas, lol! Definitely worth a read though, lots of useful tips to keep healthy including a list of top antioxidant foods and many interesting recipes at the end. Read it, you'll feel awesome after!
