This is an enjoyable book from which to cook. The Roasted Salmon with Black Pepper & Ginger on Celery Root Puree is especially good. Granted, this recipe and many others are not intended for an after work supper. But, when you have time to cook, the recipes elevate your meal to WONDERFUL and totally worth the effort.
