I was required to read this book as part of my preparation for the PhD program. For someone who knows their way around computers, internet and technology in general, this was extremely redundant.
I have to say however, that since the main audience of the book are novice users of technology who are working on getting to know the ins and outs of the business, definitions on what Wikis and Blogs are could be extremely interesting.

Very useful guide for preparing for online courses.
Highly recommend this guide for students taking online classes. It's also beneficial for workers preparing to take online training sessions. I will be referring to this guide often over the next four years of college.
