Uncle John Presents: Book of the Dumb 2 is the perfect remedy to a world gone stupid. John Scalzi has put together another collection devoted to the absurd antics of nincompoops, numbskulls, and nitwits. Nineteen chapters cover a broad range of utter stupidity-from political pinheads and famous fools to moronic movies and terrible television. Most important of all, the book continues to show that dumb doesn't discriminate-it comes in all sizes and sizes from every outpost of the planet.
John Scalzi, having declared his absolute boredom with biographies, disappeared in a puff of glitter and lilac scent.

A second collection of "News of the Weird"-type stories. An excellent collection for reading when you're trying to get to sleep (since all the bits are short). Although, after having read two of these volumes, I'm starting to feel badly about enjoying snark aimed at incredibly stupid people.
The thing about dumb people is they are infinite in their capabilities. In this sequel to 'Book of the Dumb', John Scalzi shows us just how exciting these capabilities can be. Each chapter is short and enjoyable, but there is scope for further investigation.
