There is a few recipes in this book that take me back to the kind of desserts that my mother made when I was a child, so I was very excited to be able to add them to my repertoire.

I fell in love with this cookbook when I flipped through it. there are some fantastic recipes in here and they've always come out as expected. The thing I adore throughout the entire series of these books in the facts and information on basic ingredients. For example there's a sugar section which explains the differences between each of them and why if you use on instead of the other you'd get a different result. It certainly taught me a lot about appropriate substitutes. Great to have in your arsenal of recipes that's for sure

Great cookbook! Has a vast array of different recipes; from simple and quick ones to quite complicated and elaborate ones.

I got this book about 2 years ago and I think so far I tried over 1/2 of the recipes and all of them worked out perfectly.


I recommend this to anyone who would like to try out a new dessert cookbook.
